Pricing Information
ALL of our pricing is done a la carte allowing for complete customization of services.
There is no charge for early setup. We always set up well in advance to avoid disrupting your event and to assure all equipment is in working order. This is included in the final price.
There are never any surprise add-on fees. The price you contract for is the price you pay.
There is no sales tax. Lighting, Sound, and Special Effects are considered services and are not taxable items.
We do not offer pre-pay options, as we believe acceptance of prepayments is not right. We believe your full payment should never be required until you have received services and found them satisfactory.
Our pricing is representative of typical events. If your event is outside of Erie or Niagara counties or requires additional equipment to accommodate an unusually large crowd or venue, your quote and contract will reflect any necessary price adjustments.

2. Meet with us
Have a consultation with us over facetime, zoom, skype, etc. to discuss the details, services, and pricing.
3. Book with us
Let us know you're ready to move forward! To secure the date a signed contract and a 20% deposit is required.
4. Plan with us
During the planning phase, we are here to help you every step of the way. We will send over our specialized planning forms to planning your celebration (choose your music and create a timeline of events). We will meet 2-3 weeks before the event to finalize every single detail of your celebration together. We will go over your music selection, event festivities, and timeline of events.
5. Party Time!
Watch as your vision finally comes to life! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your special day with family & friends.
